Owner and Technician: Troy R. King

King founded PC Rewind three years ago with the desire to help people and fix computers. PC repair began as a hobby, and soon became a business endeavor. King has been studying how computers work and their repair for 12 years. He is currently preparing to obtain A+ Computer Repair Certification. In addition to A+, he is an Authorized AVG Reseller and has successfully completed the AVG Reseller Training program. His mission is to provide security, quality support, and education to his customers.

King holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from the University of Wisconsin River Falls. Licensed in the state of Wisconsin, King is an instrumental and general music educator who volunteers and substitute teaches for local school districts. Also a free lance musician, he enjoys composing and performing jazz music on the saxophone. His goal is to use his creative and educational background to help people understand how computers work and how to use them effectively.
