- Graphics obtained from
www.grsites.com and
www.freephotosbank.com under Terms
of Use.
- PC Rewind will not install pirated or stolen software or aid in the pirating
of illegal software. All programs must be on their original retail discs or part
of a Restoration CD from the computer manufacturer. In addition, a valid legible
COA is required for product activation.
- All customers must sign the PC Rewind Work Authorization before services
are rendered. The Authorization form may be viewed
here.
- Northern Computer Technologies Inc. (Nor-Tech) warrants that the systems it assembles, sells and supports will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of three years as indicated on the original Nor-Tech invoice. Memory carries a lifetime warranty. The warranty does not cover issues related to software, malware, viruses, electrical issues, or unauthorized service.
Customers may return any hardware within 30 days of the invoice date for credit,
as long as the product is unused, in its original packaging, and is in good
condition. PCR Tech and Nor-Tech reserve the right to refuse any warranty work
if the warranty has been voided or is of suspicious nature.

Furthermore, PCR Tech is a 3rd-party reseller of Nor-Tech systems and is not
liable, nor will be held accountable, for any disputes between the purchaser
and Nor-Tech. PCR Tech may perform limited hardware repairs on Nor-Tech
assembled machines and any costs incurred will be billed to the customer.
Software and data recovery is not covered under the warranty and such
services may incur charges.
